Addiction Counselor – Telehealth

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Perform intake assessments to assess Member readiness and identify the suitable level of care.

• Lead group and individual counseling sessions utilizing Affect’s evidence-based curriculum.

• Provide crisis intervention and coordinate necessary referrals when required.

• Maintain prompt and accurate records in our electronic medical record (EMR) system.

• Work collaboratively with clinical supervisors on personalized treatment and discharge planning.

• Ensure adherence to HIPAA regulations and all pertinent state laws.

• Candidates must hold a valid license in their respective state, with all credentials verified through the State Board’s website as part of the application procedure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Active and verifiable Ohio counseling licenses such as LSW, LISW, LIMFT, LPCC, LICDC, LCDC III, along with your state of residence if it is not Ohio.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, EMR systems, and telehealth platforms.
