This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Navigate the eService platform (a web-based system) to accurately assess decisions made by existing customers.

• Initiate outbound calls to customers who qualify for additional coverage options.

• Handle incoming calls from current customers interested in expanding their coverage.

• Clearly articulate policy benefits to customers.

• Complete necessary documentation as required.

• Assist with correspondence and rectify errors related to policy services.


⛳️ Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory, with some college education preferred.

• Possession of a Life, Accident, and Health Insurance license is preferred but not essential.

• At least 1 year of customer service experience or 1 year in a professional customer service-related environment is required.

• A background in Life and Health insurance, along with knowledge of insurance operations, is advantageous.

• Strong customer service background with effective phone communication skills.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.

• Excellent time management and organizational capabilities.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential.

• Strong skills in alpha and numerical recognition.

• Demonstrated proficiency in mathematical tasks.

• Capacity to perform well under pressure and manage high-stress scenarios with composure and professionalism.

• Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to evaluate situations and draw logical conclusions.

• Proficient in computer usage.

• Ability to juggle multiple functions across various sources.

• A customer-friendly demeanor is a must.
