This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Deliver implementation, education, and training on Vantive’s Renal product offerings.
• Provide ongoing education for facilities regarding CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) and TPE (Therapeutic Plasma Exchange), with TPE training contingent on progression in the ACE role.
• Extensive travel is required (70-80%).
• Document and offer written solutions to recurring issues for client use, adhering to corporate label approval policies.
• Foster and utilize collaborative relationships to achieve business objectives with both internal (sales) and external clients.
• Offer therapy, technical, and operational consultation to CRRT contract services and hospitals utilizing Vantive Healthcare equipment during post-implementation phases for acute renal product lines.
• Conduct on-site training sessions for customers.
• Continuously enhance and refine therapy and technical expertise, along with presentation skills.
• Responsible for delivering in-services on the acute renal business product line.
• Conduct scientific/technical presentations and discussions on Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy.
• Collaborate in a consultative manner with customers and alongside other acute renal business team members.
• Prepare weekly calendar updates.
• Effectively meet or surpass customer needs, cultivating productive customer relationships, and taking ownership of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Account Management - Work with the sales team as directed by the Clinical Acute Nurse Executive to prioritize account education based on ROI and the Education Roadmap.
• Coordinate and oversee resources to ensure essential customer service.
• Monitor and analyze progress.
• Manage budget and expenses, comply with company policies, and communicate efficiently with corporate and field personnel.
• Maintain a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Stay updated on developments and trends in multi-organ therapies relevant to the job role.
• Assist sales and marketing management with special requests by participating as a member of a task force or workgroup when necessary.
• Provide sales marketing management with field updates and competitive insights.
• Participate in sales meetings.
• Take responsibility for submitting all required written reports in a timely manner.
• RN license is mandatory.
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher is preferred; MSN is favored.
• Significant travel (60% - 80%) is necessary.
• A minimum of three years of Critical Care or CRRT experience is required.
• Experience with PrisMAX, Prismaflex, or other CRRT systems is preferred.
• Background in ICU or Dialysis nursing is essential.
• Strong, demonstrated expertise in product and therapy knowledge is required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to maneuver CRRT equipment on wheels from one location to another and lift up to 25lbs in solutions and accessories is necessary.
• Must be capable of driving for extended distances and flying for prolonged timeframes.
