Acumatica Consultant – Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Deliver continuous functional support to Acumatica clients as part of the Crestwood Support Team.

• Work autonomously to execute implementation tasks while collaborating with the implementation team to address client business requirements and expectations.

• Organize and prioritize individual calendars and schedules, facilitating both client and Crestwood meetings and calls.

• Act as an Acumatica ERP systems analyst for solution implementations and troubleshooting.

• Implement various modules within the Acumatica software suite.

• Carry out comprehensive project implementation activities, including client introductions, project kickoff, training sessions, configuration workshops, data migrations, acceptance testing, go-live preparation, and ongoing support.

• Keep detailed weekly project documentation and time/expense records for project management and invoicing.

• Acquire necessary third-party certifications as needed.

• Become an expert and certified user of assigned software systems and required publisher certifications.

• Inform Crestwood team members about software capabilities and upcoming features.

• Enhance professional skills through reading materials, seminars, and training opportunities.

• Engage in team meetings and lunch-and-learn sessions by discussing product updates, features, tips, support solutions, and implementation walkthroughs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, technology, accounting, or a related discipline.

• Over 5 years of experience with Acumatica software.

• More than 7 years of experience in software implementation across various ERP solutions.

• Strong practical knowledge and experience in Acumatica Financials and Manufacturing modules (required).

• Familiarity or working knowledge of Acumatica Field Service, Payroll, and Project modules.

• Obtain necessary third-party and software publisher certifications as required.

• Ability to coordinate meetings and calls between clients and Crestwood.

• Proficiency in maintaining project documentation and time/expense records.
