This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Collaborate with the Digital Health Services Team to deliver stages 2 and 3 of DMS.
• Conduct consultations for the Pharmacy Contraception Service after completing comprehensive training.
• Engage with patients daily via phone while ensuring a patient-centered approach.
• Provide administrative assistance for NMS, DMS, PCS, and other business needs.
• Comply with legal, ethical, professional, and company standards.
• Operate effectively in a high-volume setting.
• Achieve personal and team objectives in alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacy teams.
• Contribute to a fun, relaxed, and welcoming workplace atmosphere.
• Must be an Accredited Accuracy Checking Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
• Excellent verbal and written communication capabilities.
• Proficient in numeracy and IT skills.
• Comfortable using software such as Excel.
• Experience in community or online pharmacy settings.
• Ability to work meticulously in a busy, high-volume environment while meeting deadlines.
• Committed to adhering to company and ethical standards.
• Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrates initiative, proactivity, and motivation.
• Possesses patient-focused customer service skills.
• Knowledge of DMS stages 2 and 3 is advantageous.
• Ability to prioritize and effectively organize workload.

• Successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check.
