Accuracy Checking Technician – FTC, 12 Months

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Deliver stages 2 and 3 of DMS as part of the Digital Health Services Team.

• Perform Pharmacy Contraception Service consultations after completing comprehensive training.

• Engage with patients daily via phone while maintaining a patient-centered focus.

• Provide administrative assistance for NMS, DMS, PCS, and other operational needs.

• Comply with legal, ethical, professional, and organizational standards.

• Maintain accuracy in a high-volume work environment.

• Achieve both individual and team performance targets.

• Collaborate with customer service, purchasing, operations, and pharmacist teams.

• Foster a fun, relaxed, and welcoming workplace atmosphere.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be an Accredited Accuracy Checking Technician registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Proficient in numeracy and IT.

• Comfortable using software such as Excel.

• Previous experience in community or online pharmacy is preferred.

• Capable of working accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and meeting deadlines.

• Must adhere to company and ethical guidelines.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Display initiative, proactivity, and drive.

• Maintain a patient-focused approach to customer service.

• Knowledge of DMS stages 2 and 3 is advantageous.

• Strong ability to prioritize and organize workload effectively.

• Applicants must demonstrate their right to reside in the UK.

• Successful candidates will be required to undergo a DBS check.
