This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee courses and programs throughout the entire professional accreditation lifecycle (including FLETA board approval).
• Coordinate external program audits, perform mock assessments, and lead official accreditation evaluations.
• Organize and maintain a centralized, highly structured electronic repository of accreditation documents, findings, and evidence.
• Serve as the strategic liaison among AMO faculty, program directors, and federal accrediting organizations.
• Preferred experience in direct collaboration with federal accrediting organizations (such as FLETA) and regulatory programs.
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and collaborative tools (including SharePoint).
• Exceptional organizational abilities, strong technical research skills, and effective presentation capabilities.
• Capacity to obtain and sustain a federal background suitability check.
