Accounts Receivable Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee daily customer accounts and identify overdue receivables

• Reach out to customers to ensure prompt payment

• Maintain precise records, reports, and system updates

• Manage incoming calls related to accounts receivable and billing inquiries

• Investigate and resolve billing issues related to services and parts

• Address both internal and external inquiries within established service-level timelines

• Assist with additional accounts receivable and collections tasks as required

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency

• Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Strong active listening skills and problem-solving abilities

• Critical thinking skills to assess and resolve issues effectively

• Effective time management and ability to prioritize competing responsibilities

• Previous customer service experience is preferred

• Experience with outbound calls or collections is advantageous

• Proficient in navigating multiple systems and tools
