This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Oversee the Accounts inbox and respond to incoming emails in a timely manner
• Address client billing inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
• Accurately generate and distribute client invoices promptly
• Track outstanding receivables and follow up on overdue accounts
• Properly allocate revenue to projects and cost centres within Xero
• Process and reconcile incoming payments against client accounts
• Maintain a precise and current AR ledger in Xero
• Prepare AR aging reports and bring overdue accounts to management's attention
• Utilize Asana daily to monitor and manage finance-related tasks
• At least 2+ years of Australian bookkeeping experience (essential)
• Advanced, practical expertise in Xero (essential)
• Strong working knowledge of Asana
• Proven experience with General ledgers, Cost centres, and Project-based accounting
• Familiarity with working in a multi-entity business
• Background in an Accounts Receivable or finance support position
• Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
