Accounts Receivable Collections Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Reach out to customers through phone or email within your portfolio to ensure payment collection.

• Daily manage collection plan tasks to oversee overdue accounts.

• Follow up on payment agreements and settlement arrangements.

• Present a summary of customer balances to senior leadership along with recommendations for next steps.

• Represent customer needs and issues across various departments.

⛳️ Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree (A.A.) in accounting, finance, business administration, or equivalent experience.

• Less than 1 year of experience in customer service.

• Less than 1 year of experience in a call center environment.

• Less than 1 year of experience in collections.
