Accounts Receivable Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.

📋 Description

• Accountable for collecting client receivables in alignment with contractual agreements.

• Oversee, maintain, and resolve disputes; evaluate Clinical Trial revenue and expenses.

• Analyze study accounts receivable aging, patient accounts, and pass-through invoices.

• Collaborate with various departments to verify the legitimacy of charges and facilitate their collection from sponsors.

• Provide support to the Finance and Budget & Contracts departments on designated projects and tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree is preferred; relevant experience may be accepted in lieu of education.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in reading and understanding complex documents and identifying financial implications.

• Clinical Research experience is highly desirable.

• Familiarity with clinical financial systems and Electronic Medical Records (EMRs).
