Accounts and Finance Operations Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• As a member of our Finance Shared Services team, you will assist the regional business by providing high-quality, process-oriented finance operations. This position is hands-on and diverse, involving key transactional tasks such as invoicing, reconciliations, accounting support, reporting, and MIS. You will collaborate with internal teams, clients, and suppliers to address inquiries and meet stringent deadlines. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career finance professional to establish a solid foundation in end-to-end shared services finance.

• This is a fully remote position, ideally suited for individuals with over 1 year of experience in a comparable finance operations role.

⛳️ Requirements

• Recent graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline, with a strong academic background in Accounting/Finance (preferably with a strong academic record).

• Proficient in Excel, with the ability to enhance data management and reporting processes.

• Comfortable handling numbers, reconciliations, and process checks with a high degree of accuracy.

• Possesses critical and creative thinking skills for problem-solving; proactive in identifying issues and driving solutions.

• Displays a strong learning mindset and curiosity to expand knowledge throughout the organization.

• Collaborative, commercially aware, and focused on task completion.

• Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight reporting deadlines.

• Excellent attention to detail and takes pride in achieving accuracy on the first attempt.
