This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.
• Maintain and refresh records within Odoo.
• Assist in organizing workflows and tracking operations.
• Support the accuracy of systems and manage day-to-day ERP activities.
• Contribute to enhancing operational processes and internal organization.
• Aid in invoicing, payment tracking, and providing bookkeeping assistance.
• Organize financial documentation and operational records.
• Assist with reporting and administrative accounting responsibilities.
• Collaborate with leadership on accounting and operational workflows.
• Generate reports to ensure operational transparency.
• Monitor internal workflows and outstanding tasks.
• Help identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in accounting support, bookkeeping, ERP administration, or operational support roles.
• Experience with Odoo or comparable ERP systems is highly preferred.
• Strong organizational abilities and analytical skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with operational systems and generating reports.
• Familiarity with tools like Odoo, QuickBooks, Google Sheets, Excel, and CRM systems is preferred.
