Accounting Manager, International

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the monthly accounting close process to ensure adherence to US GAAP across 26 countries in LATAM, EMEA, APAC, and Canada.

• Provide mentorship and supervision for the accounting functions of 2 senior accountants.

• Collaborate closely with the Corporate Controller, FP&A, and the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Shared Service teams.

• Assist with M&A activities as they arise.

• Set standards for account reconciliation, including intercompany transactions.

• Evaluate and document accounting processes across international entities to guarantee proper cutoff procedures.

• Partner with the Corporate Accounting and Consolidations team to implement purchase accounting for new acquisitions.

• Facilitate adjustments and reorganizations within the International business.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 to 12 years of experience in multinational environments.

• Proficient understanding of US GAAP.

• Advanced Excel capabilities (including Power Query, advanced formulas, XLOOKUPs, pivot tables, etc.).

• Experience in consolidating international entities into US financial statements in both local and USD functional currencies.

• Advanced degree in Accounting or a related field (preferred).

• CPA license or international equivalent (preferred).
