Accounting Assistant

📋 Description

• Ensure the efficient management of administrative and financial data processes.

• Oversee and update daily sales reconciliation figures for Store & IKEA Food.

• Investigate and follow up on any identified variances.

• Identify irregular cash variances and recommend improvement measures.

• Collaborate with Customer Relations on the cash reconciliation process.

• Aid the store in adhering to applicable rules and regulations.

• Serve as a central point for consolidating and controlling invoicing matters between Store and SO Finance.

• Ensure timely and accurate posting of all details relevant to cash reconciliation.

• Assist in preparing daily reports associated with cash reconciliation functions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounting & Finance.

• Proficient with cash management systems.

• Skilled in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, Navision, etc.

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.

• Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
