Accounting Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Record and categorize accounting entries

• Execute reconciliations for balance sheet and income statement accounts

• Assist in the preparation of trial balances, balance sheets, and financial statements

• Aid in the monthly accounting closing procedures

• Validate documents and ensure the accuracy of accounting information

• Address inquiries from offices, ensuring clear and effective communication

• Adhere to established deadlines and maintain quality standards

• Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of departmental processes

⛳️ Requirements

• Valid CRC registration (Regional Accounting Council)

• Proven experience in accounting

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
