This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary expert on applied AI within the organization for finance, accounting, and operations.
• Lead the implementation of Claude Essentials across the team — providing introductory and advanced training, office hours, and certification in essential skills.
• Develop reusable prompt libraries, playbooks, and templates to ensure AI usage is consistent, effective, and easily adoptable.
• Set up responsible AI guidelines, review practices, and documentation to ensure outputs are accurate, auditable, and compliant with controls.
• Discover high-value automation opportunities and create Claude and other AI-native workflows for closing, accounts payable, reconciliations, reporting, and audit support.
• Minimize manual, rules-based tasks while maintaining data integrity and internal controls.
• Extend AI-native workflows to kiosk cash reconciliation — automate cash reconciliation across approximately 7,300 kiosks (projected to grow to around 8,000), highlighting variances and exceptions for review.
• Assist in inventory management — tracking devices and parts, valuation, and analyzing shrinkage/variance throughout the network.
• Optimize fixed-asset and kiosk-fleet accounting — managing additions, transfers, retirements, and depreciation across a large, distributed asset portfolio.
• Support and enhance financial and operational modeling and forecasting using AI — including scenario analysis, variance decomposition, and driver-based projections.
• Enhance the speed and quality of management reporting and analytics utilized by leadership.
• Serve as an internal consultant to Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Tax, and Operations on how AI can deliver measurable value.
• Monitor and report on the adoption, time savings, and ROI from implemented workflows.
• Over 5 years of experience in data/analytics, automation, or finance-technology roles with practical delivery experience.
• Proven expertise with LLM/generative AI tools (Claude or similar), including prompt engineering and workflow design.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with Snowflake, Oracle, or other comparable enterprise data platforms.
• Familiarity with accounting and finance processes (closing, reporting, accounts payable, forecasting).
• Demonstrated ability to teach and enhance skills for non-technical business users.
• This position is eligible for both short-term and long-term incentives based on individual and company performance.
