
Accountant III – Corporate, Treasury

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee daily cash flow management to enhance liquidity, maximize short-term investment returns, and act as the main liaison with external banking partners.
• Review reconciliations of corporate bank accounts to ensure precision and adherence to internal controls.
• Prepare and evaluate corporate-level monthly financial statements while leading the accounting team in generating consolidated corporate reports.
• Perform in-depth financial analysis to assess business performance, pinpoint trends, and assist in strategic and operational decision-making.
• Serve as the technical accounting authority on GAAP standards, advising management on the financial ramifications of business decisions and investment strategies.
• Function as the primary accounting contact for international operations, managing reporting, consolidation, and compliance with local regulations and corporate policies.
• Provide short-term and long-term liquidity projections to aid financial planning and contribute to treasury policy recommendations.
• Assist with royalty reconciliations and offer accounting guidance for reserve funds and pension-related activities as necessary.
• Engage in the assessment and execution of process enhancements across financial systems, including Oracle Fusion and AI-enabled tools, to improve efficiency and reporting accuracy.
• Identify financial risks through proactive analysis and formulate mitigation strategies, including recommendations regarding cash management and risk exposure.
• Bachelor's degree with a focus in Accounting or Finance, required.
• Master's degree with a concentration in Accounting or Finance, preferred.
• CPA or CMA certification, required.
• Over 5 years of progressively responsible accounting experience, including corporate-level financial analysis.
• Expert-level understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in ERP systems, particularly Oracle Cloud.
• Strong cash and treasury management skills, including liquidity forecasting and bank account reconciliation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on Excel for financial modeling and analysis.
• Actively engaged in an evangelical Christian church.
