Accountant II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for executing process steps related to the accounts payable and receivable functions for customers.

• Tasked with retrieving bank statements and reconciling all transactions within the software.

• Required to comprehend the distinction between matched and unmatched transactions.

• Responsible for adhering to the established protocols and SOPs to ensure quality in daily operations.

• Process daily invoices received via client emails into our system.

• Confirm that tenant payments are accurately reflected in the system.

• Ensure accurate posting of payments into the system.

• Retrieve bank statements weekly and identify as well as match all transactions from clients in the software.

• Communicate accounting-related queries, inquiries, and obstacles that affect processing to the Senior Accountant.
