This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Generate and dispatch invoices to clients utilizing SAP Ariba and QuickBooks.
• Review and authorize invoices from both internal and external contractors.
• Perform precise and timely payroll processing through Wise and QuickBooks.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and vendor payments, ensuring accurate records for accounts receivable and payable.
• Document financial transactions by inputting account details.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for new hires.
• Track team attendance and time logs.
• Verify attendance against invoices.
• Generate and send invoices using QuickBooks.
• Establish, monitor, and manage bills within QuickBooks.
• Conduct monthly reconciliation for five accounts in QuickBooks.
• Manage the onboarding setup for new employees in QuickBooks.
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly reconciliation reports and financial statements, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Perform monthly categorizations for five accounts.
• Conduct balance sheet and profit & loss reconciliations.
• Review and approve employee expenses.
• Manage employee benefits and Paid Time Off (PTO).
• Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and PTO.
• Assist employees with any concerns or issues they may face regarding their benefits, compensation, or attendance.
• Ensure that employees are well-informed about their benefits, entitlements, and company policies.
• Provide guidance and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage tax-related responsibilities, including the preparation and filing of USA 1040 and 1120S, while ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience as an Accountant, ideally within a Life Sciences Consulting or Staffing environment.
• Familiarity with US accounting principles, regulations, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP Ariba, and Wise).
• Experienced with the Microsoft 365 suite of applications.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including report production capabilities.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
• Effective written and oral communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
