This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

• Design the internal accounting framework from the ground up

• Transition our accounting operations to a contemporary, cloud-based Italian ERP system

• Supervise the migration of historical data to ensure comprehensive integration

• Manage the complete lifecycle of supplier and customer invoices

• Assume responsibility for the accounts receivable ledger

• Oversee outgoing payments to event organizers

• Prepare VAT registers and assist with EU filings

• Reconcile high-volume bank transactions

• Maintain accurate, auditable records of liabilities and accruals

• Generate monthly management accounts

• 4 to 7 years of accounting experience in the Italian market

• Strong familiarity with Italian accounting software (TeamSystem, Zucchetti, etc.)

• Solid understanding of Italian GAAP and EU VAT regulations

• Experience in a high-transaction environment (e.g., Fintech, E-commerce, Marketplaces) is a plus
