Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support the validation of system premium and loss calculations to ensure results are accurate per program.

• Examine discrepancies between system-generated calculations and manual processing outcomes.

• Work in conjunction with program accounting personnel and IT as necessary to aid in data validation efforts.

• Perform comprehensive analysis comparing system Pre-Production to Production and confirm results.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Accounting/Finance, or a relevant combination of education and experience.

• At least 3-5 years of experience in Reinsurance Accounting is mandatory.

• Demonstrated strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and process enhancement abilities.

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and data reconciliation are required.

• Outstanding communication abilities with a talent for collaboration across all levels of the organization.

• A proven track record of managing various priorities in a dynamic environment while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
