This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

• Capability to finalize month-end and year-end financial closures.

• Calculate and distribute financial and operational metrics, along with budget variances, while reporting significant issues to management.

• Oversee the chart of accounts, maintain an organized accounting filing system, and implement control measures over accounting transactions.

• Prepare and record monthly journal entries.

• Handle Accounts Payable and perform bank reconciliations.

• Support the processing of vendor invoices for payments.

• Ensure timely and accurate reconciliation of balance sheet accounts alongside multi-entry accounting.

• Manage a high volume of bank reconciliations as required.

• Assist the Accounting Manager and CFO in the development and execution of accounting policies and procedures.

• Allocate expenses to the correct general ledger accounts.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 3-5+ years of experience in an accounting role.

• In-depth knowledge of GAAP standards is essential.

• Experience working with multiple entities/companies and across various states is necessary.

• Familiarity with ASC 606 revenue recognition is advantageous.

• Experience with COD businesses is a significant plus.

• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online is preferred.

• Must possess excellent problem-solving abilities, strong attention to detail, and administrative skills, along with the capacity to meet deadlines.
