Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Accurately process and manage accounts payable invoices in a timely manner.

• Prepare and carry out weekly payment runs via banking platforms.

• Evaluate and approve employee expenses in line with company policies and procedures.

• Examine payroll information and assist with payroll-related accounting activities.

• Keep precise accounting records and ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.

• Address internal finance and accounting inquiries from employees and stakeholders.

• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of accounting processes and internal controls.

• Provide assistance with recurring accounting tasks and other finance-related projects as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance-related positions.

• Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English, both written and spoken.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

• Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

• Capability to work independently and manage responsibilities autonomously.

• Proactive, responsible, and solution-focused approach.

• Strong skills in collaboration and teamwork.

• Proficiency in the Dutch language (preferred).

• Experience with international companies (preferred).

• Background in technology, digital media, AdTech, or rapidly growing business environments (preferred).
