This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Deliver daily administrative assistance to our Account Executives and Account Representatives.
• Facilitate seamless sales processes.
• Manage various tasks for different teams and clients.
• Oversee daily sales functions and contribute creative ideas to enhance client relations.
• Prepare, organize, and retrieve documents related to sales.
• Develop and update sales proposals.
• Maintain internal databases.
• Arrange meetings, calls, and demonstrations for the Account Management team.
• Research potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure effective pre- and post-sales support.
• Relay customer feedback to Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams.
• Generate comprehensive reports on campaign outcomes.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis.
• Assist in the creation of promotional materials.
• Demonstrated experience as an Account Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, or a similar position.
• Proficient in computer applications, particularly MS Office.
• Practical experience using any CRM software.
• Background in marketing or advertising campaigns.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills coupled with a problem-solving mindset.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
