This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

• Ensuring accurate and current financial records are maintained on a daily basis

• Performing monthly reconciliations for bank accounts, company cards, and cryptocurrencies, along with bookkeeping tasks

• Overseeing accounts receivable and payable, which includes proactive follow-up on invoices

• Managing quarterly estimated tax payments, year-end filings, and issuance of 1099 forms

• Assisting with the maintenance of financial tracking and reporting using Notion and Google Sheets

• Organizing financial standard operating procedures (SOPs) and documentation within Notion

• A valid CPA license (or equivalent certification)

• 3–5 years of accounting experience, ideally in a marketing, agency, or startup environment, with 1 to 3 years of experience in cryptocurrency

• Practical experience in crypto reconciliation and tracking digital assets

• Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Notion, along with familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks

• A self-motivated individual who assumes full responsibility for their tasks and communicates effectively

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting where priorities may change rapidly

• Previous experience as a sole accountant or within a small finance team (Nice to haves)

• Knowledge of billing practices and contractor management within the marketing industry (Nice to haves)
