Account Verification Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland.

📋 Description

• Facilitate the enrollment, review, and verification of new clients.

• Assist new clients throughout the enrollment process by addressing questions and providing necessary information as they start the onboarding journey.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams to address enrollment-related issues and discrepancies.

• Aid in the identity verification process.

• Follow up with clients using phone, email, and text messages.

• Regularly monitor the onboarding metrics of clients to ensure they are fully utilizing the software and are prepared for transition to Customer Service.

• Deliver outstanding customer service and support to clients.

• Keep precise records of client onboarding activities and documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• An associate degree or higher is preferred.

• Highly organized with the ability to effectively communicate and implement project plans.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a keen attention to detail.

• Extensive knowledge and experience with computer operating systems and various internet browsers.

• Strong proficiency in Google Suite (Gmail, Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.).

• Previous experience in software support and/or training is advantageous.

• Familiarity with various medical software platforms is a plus.

• Certification in medical billing and coding is advantageous.
