This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Take charge of the comprehensive coordination of brand campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of programs.
• Oversee logistics, which includes shipping, production, and communication with Event Organizers.
• Collaborate with 3PL and creative partners regarding quotes, timelines, production, and invoicing.
• Ensure precise tracking and execution of all campaign details across various systems.
• Act as the main point of contact for Event Organizers during ongoing campaigns.
• Foster offer acceptance by proactively reaching out through email, phone, and SMS.
• Address inquiries and swiftly resolve issues to guarantee a smooth experience.
• Cultivate strong relationships with organizers to encourage repeat participation and foster long-term growth.
• Oversee billing workflows, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Collaborate with finance and internal teams to uphold compliance and address discrepancies.
• Keep Organizer profiles updated with current contact, billing, and logistics information.
• Work closely with Account Managers and Coordinators to assist in account strategy and execution.
• Communicate client goals and campaign requirements to internal teams.
• Record activities and maintain precise documentation in CRM and internal tools.
• Identify and propose enhancements to internal processes and campaign execution.
• Offer feedback on product performance and usability.
• Proactively troubleshoot issues and assist in minimizing inefficiencies across workflows.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, operations, or a comparable client-facing role.
• Exceptional organizational skills paired with a keen attention to detail.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities and adhere to deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with both internal and external partners.
• Self-motivated individual with a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
• Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
• Experience with CRM systems and project management tools (e.g., Asana).
• Background in events, partnerships, or experiential marketing.
• Experience with logistics, vendors, or supply chain coordination.
• Familiarity with AI tools aimed at improving efficiency.
