This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +2 more states.
• Act as the main point of contact for designated accounts, establishing trust and credibility from the outset.
• Navigate a dynamic and ambiguous environment with assurance, providing clarity and composure during chaotic situations.
• Engage with clients in their preferred working style, including occasional in-person workshops and on-site collaboration.
• Cultivate a thorough understanding of the client's business, disease areas, brand strategy, and healthcare professional (HCP) marketing priorities.
• Collaborate with P10's internal teams to create and implement integrated marketing strategies across both digital and print platforms.
• Assist in launching new products and indications, proactively tackling complex, milestone-oriented campaigns.
• Aid in budget management, forecasting, and tracking financial performance in collaboration with the Operations team.
• Identify scope changes and budgetary risks early and take proactive measures.
• 5–7 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or healthcare marketing; 4 years may be acceptable with demonstrated strong career advancement.
• Required proven experience in HCP marketing, product launches, and new indication initiatives.
• Strong background in managing both digital and print campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of MLR processes and Veeva Vault submissions; this is a standard requirement, not merely a preference.
• Proficient in Slack and Microsoft Teams for daily collaboration.
• Comfortable dealing with ambiguity, direct communication, and informal client relationships—you're proactive in reaching out via calls or texts to resolve issues.
• Willingness to travel 5–10% to NY, NJ, or PA for client workshops and on-site collaboration.
• Must be based in the United States; preference for candidates located in NY, NJ, or PA.
