📋 Description

• Lead, manage, and ensure accountability (LMA) for Pathfinders’ core values, fostering professional development and mentoring for their team.

• Establish clear expectations, prioritize tasks, and hold the team accountable to performance benchmarks.

• Collaborate with leadership to outline strategic priorities and team objectives.

• Convert client feedback, business goals, and insights into actionable strategies that inform creative and channel execution.

• Assist in interpreting client requests, outlining the approach, and ensuring early engagement of the appropriate cross-functional team members on projects.

• Lead or assist in essential client meetings, guaranteeing that agendas, preparation, and follow-ups are consistent and strategically aligned.

• Oversee scopes, budgets, burn rates, and timelines in collaboration with the Group Director, Client Service.

• Guide and mentor Account Managers and Coordinators to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes and positive client experiences.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is preferred (or equivalent experience).

• 5+ years of experience in client service, account management, or agency settings, with proven leadership roles.

• 3+ years of agency experience is preferred, especially in fast-paced, production-heavy, or client-service-oriented environments.

• Proficient with marketing tools and systems such as the Microsoft suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.).

• Familiarity with presentation and design tools (e.g., Figma, Canva).

• Experience with project management or workflow tools (Kantata/Mavenlink strongly preferred).

• Willingness to learn new systems and tools quickly in a dynamic environment.
