This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.
• Facilitate the transition meeting between Sales Representatives and OBC customers to manage the onboarding process.
• Review and confirm that all customer setup information is correct.
• Reach out to customers before delivery to verify the scheduled delivery date.
• Ensure in MAS that the container has been delivered and examine routing to affirm the service day.
• Contact the customer to verify the receipt of the container and discuss the planned service day.
• Follow up with the customer after the initial service to ensure it was completed to their satisfaction.
• Reach out to the customer to discuss the invoice, confirm that service levels are accurate, and review any contamination charges.
• Conduct a transition meeting between OBC and account managers to address future needs and concerns.
• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution, or equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, in addition to the educational requirements.
