This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Manage and oversee a portfolio of Paid Media accounts
• Provide direct support to client contacts
• Conduct weekly communications with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on assigned tasks, quality of work, and potential improvements in collaboration
• Generate referrals through client relationships and professional networks
• Develop strategies for clients on a quarterly basis
• Possess the capability to create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns across various channels
• Have a comprehensive understanding of client positioning and their unique value propositions
• Ensure accurate lead routing within a CRM system
• Recognize the significance of Programmatic campaigns
• Be accountable for personal productivity and utilization
• Collaborate directly with the Associate Director to meet internal and client objectives
• Implement and enhance PPC advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with an emphasis on keyword research, ad copywriting, and audience targeting to maximize ROI
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a performance/digital marketing agency
• Experience specifically with B2B SaaS/tech clients in an agency environment
• In-depth expertise in managing paid search and paid social advertising campaigns
• Proficient in utilizing advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Strong grasp of PPC principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
• Capability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make informed decisions and optimize performance
• Proven ability to drive results and measure outcomes via OCT
• Demonstrated success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
• A distinctive perspective on delivering value for SaaS
• Skill in translating and articulating strategy, along with storytelling using data
• Capacity to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects concurrently
• Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once a year, per client or as necessary
