This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Oversee and manage essential client accounts to ensure strategic alignment and overall satisfaction.

• Formulate and execute client account strategies utilizing independent judgment.

• Analyze performance metrics of clients and propose actionable solutions.

• Set, monitor, and adjust client performance targets.

• Act as the primary point for escalation and resolution of complex client issues.

• Engage, train, and advise clients on effective software utilization.

• Facilitate Quarterly Business Reviews and strategic planning meetings.

• Identify opportunities for growth, expansion, and improvements in service delivery.

• Collaborate with senior management to enhance service offerings and operational efficiencies.

• Lead client presentations, proposals, and contract renewals.

• Keep abreast of market trends and customer insights.

• Advocate for new services and products.

• Provide reports and insights on account performance and client health.

• Uphold Sarnova’s values and carry out additional assigned responsibilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Business Science, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• A minimum of 2–3 years of experience in managing and supporting customer accounts.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving client needs.

• Prior successful experience in remote work is preferred.

• Familiarity with customer service software, reporting tools, and CRM systems.

• Strong organizational abilities and capacity to manage multiple client accounts and tasks simultaneously.

• Capability to independently oversee job responsibilities, objectives, and business practices while working remotely.

• Proficient computer skills with a basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel (F&O).

• Demonstrated decisive thinking and leadership qualities.

• Excellent interpersonal and client relations skills.

• Proficient in negotiation, conflict resolution, and presentation skills.

• Dynamic and innovative problem-solving capabilities.

• Strong client-focused perspective.

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, manipulate equipment, reach, talk, hear, and read/write/interpret text.

• Capability to occasionally lift and move objects weighing up to 10 pounds.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

• Willingness to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, with schedules that may include evenings and weekends.

• May be required to travel for business purposes.
