This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Wisconsin.
• Implementing the business strategy and driving sales expansion in local markets by identifying customer needs and market opportunities within your designated area.
• Boosting sales growth by enhancing market potential through forecasting, generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and recommending new products and services (70% of the role will focus on acquiring new business).
• Cultivating existing relationships while establishing new ones.
• Building trust and demonstrating value in our dynamic industry.
• Preserving current business while promoting sales growth.
• Possess a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred); a High School Diploma/GED is acceptable with relevant work experience.
• Have experience in field sales, territory management, and customer relations.
• Familiarity with the collision industry (preferred), along with strong interpersonal, relationship-building, and value-based selling skills.
• Be a dedicated professional who appreciates our existing customer base while being assertive in acquiring new BASF business.
