Account Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Acts as the primary point of contact for customers on a daily basis

• Assists with customer inquiries and requests related to enrollment, claims, and escalated issues

• Recognizes service challenges specific to constituents and drives their resolution

• Supplies constituents with information regarding policy, plan design, and changes in benefits

• Works in conjunction with the account management team to meet growth and renewal goals

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the industry

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.com

• Strong project management capabilities

• Skilled in problem-solving and detail-oriented
