This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee incoming brand partnership inquiries and evaluate potential opportunities
• Coordinate and pair brands with appropriate creators/talent
• Serve as the primary liaison between brand partners and talent
• Assist in progressing deals from the initial inquiry to conclusion
• Champion talent during the negotiation and deal-making process
• Monitor and manage opportunities throughout the pipeline
• Maintain and refresh workflows using TeamInbox, Basecamp, or similar platforms
• Ensure effective, timely, and professional communication among all stakeholders
• Actively follow up on opportunities to sustain momentum and drive conversions
• 3+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or client services (experience in agency or influencer marketing is a plus)
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple deals at once
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
• Confident in representing and advocating for talent
• Familiarity with project management or communication tools (e.g., Basecamp) is a plus
