This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Proactively pursuing leads and sales opportunities.
• Identifying and cultivating essential vertical markets within the region.
• Building and nurturing strong relationships with key end users.
• Finalizing sales to end users of land surveying hardware and software solutions.
• Delivering intricate technical sales presentations.
• Articulating the ROI and clear financial advantages of the Trimble surveying portfolio.
• Participating in tradeshows and industry events.
• Traveling extensively throughout the territory to maintain close customer relations.
• Familiarity with land surveying, engineering, laser scanning, photogrammetry, aerial, land mobile, and other geospatial technologies is highly preferred but not essential.
• Proven direct sales skills with a successful track record.
• Expertise in solution selling with a strong capability to communicate ROI.
• Business planning acumen.
• Proficient presentation skills and speaking abilities to promote new technologies.
• Background in land surveying, civil engineering, geography, business, finance, or economics, along with 2-5+ years of field experience in sales within the GIS, civil engineering, land surveying, aerial mapping, infrastructure, or construction sectors.
• Previous sales experience is required.
• A salary that aligns with your experience, along with a generous sales commission (On-target-earnings between $65K - $140K annually).
