This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Cultivate and maintain strategic partnerships with critical QSR stakeholders across innovation, culinary, marketing, and procurement teams.
• Create and oversee a strong pipeline of LTO opportunities aimed at transitioning into permanent menu offerings.
• Position Ferrara brands as integral ingredients within QSR platforms (including beverages, desserts, bakery, and inclusions), rather than merely standalone products.
• Collaborate across functions to guide concepts from ideation through commercialization to national rollout.
• Lead innovation sessions with customers, presenting forward-looking, insight-driven concepts that resonate with QSR menu trends and operational viability.
• Convert consumer insights and market trends into engaging, revenue-generating menu solutions.
• Formulate and implement joint business plans that fulfill both Ferrara's and the customer’s growth objectives.
• Identify and leverage scalable platforms (such as frozen beverages, bakery, and LTO “collections”) that foster consistent growth across various QSR partners.
• Develop and present executive-level presentations that effectively communicate the business case, potential rewards, and strategies for scaling.
• Proactively assess risks and devise contingency plans to ensure successful execution and ongoing growth.
• Guarantee alignment with internal processes, commercialization schedules, and financial goals.
• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5+ years in sales or business development, ideally within Foodservice or QSR sectors.
• Experience engaging with or selling to QSRs, restaurant chains, or foodservice operators is highly preferred.
• Proven track record in developing and executing LTO programs or innovation-centric initiatives.
• Experience working collaboratively with R&D, marketing, and commercialization teams.
• Strong financial insight with the capability to create and present compelling business cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint are essential).
