This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main service representative for designated client accounts
• Develop and sustain robust client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness
• Organize and fulfill daily service requirements, including policy inquiries, endorsements, certificates, and coverage questions
• Assist clients in crafting risk management strategies tailored to the life sciences and technology sectors
• Oversee the renewal process in partnership with producers, including marketing, submission preparation, and negotiations with carriers
• Examine policies for precision, adequacy of coverage, and compliance with client expectations
• Create renewal proposals and client presentations
• Identify coverage gaps and propose suitable solutions
• Maintain strong connections with insurance carriers and underwriting partners
• Negotiate coverage terms, pricing, and program structures on behalf of clients
• Remain updated on market trends, emerging risks, and carrier appetite
• Manage policy documentation, certificates, and endorsements with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
• Ensure data integrity within agency management systems
• Aid internal reporting, compliance, and workflow processes
• Collaborate with producers and other team members to enhance efficiency and best practices
• Work closely with producers (4) and the account management team (5+) to support client retention and growth
• Foster a collaborative, team-oriented culture within a boutique setting
• Mentor junior staff as necessary
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance brokerage or agency account management
• Experience servicing middle market accounts, preferably within life sciences and/or technology sectors
• Strong knowledge of essential coverages including: General Liability, Property, Cyber Liability, Professional / E&O, D&O / EPLI / Fiduciary, Umbrella / Excess
• Active Property & Casualty license is required
• Bachelor's degree is preferred
• Strong client service focus and communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Capability to handle multiple accounts and meet deadlines simultaneously
• Proficient in agency management systems and Microsoft Office applications
• Self-motivated with the ability to operate independently in a remote or hybrid work environment
