This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +5 more states.
• Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of key paid media channels and their role within the marketing funnel.
• Steering account strategy aimed at meeting or surpassing client efficiency and growth objectives.
• Crafting and implementing effective account management monitoring and optimization strategies to enhance performance towards client goals and budgets.
• Assessing and prioritizing initiatives that will significantly influence account performance.
• Leading the development of client roadmaps, testing plans, reports/dashboards, and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and Frequent Business Reviews (FBRs) to fulfill client requirements.
• Overseeing the performance of assigned client portfolios to meet performance targets while ensuring responsible management of client budgets.
• Composing, reviewing, and confirming that agendas align with client needs for status calls and comply with all significant management updates.
• Effectively facilitating client calls, discussing completed projects, performance metrics, and planned initiatives or long-term optimization strategies.
• Ensuring that all account management activities undergo a quality assurance process and are delivered without errors.
• Managing the relationship between DEPT® and dedicated platform representatives (e.g., Google, LinkedIn, etc.), collaborating with them to identify and evaluate new opportunities while adhering to platform best practices.
• Directing the paid media strategic roadmap across all accounts and assisting the Account Lead in coordinating initiatives with growth teams for a comprehensive client roadmap.
• Supervising at least one direct report, closely mentoring this team member's skills while effectively advancing accounts.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in paid search advertising.
• At least 1 year of experience in client-facing roles.
• Demonstrated success in managing effective paid search campaigns for enterprise-level accounts.
• Proven experience in presenting findings and making optimization recommendations for accounts to internal or external clients.
• Proficiency in paid search tools and technologies, such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and offer actionable insights.
• Experience in leading and managing a team, with an emphasis on mentoring and professional development.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building robust relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Ability to formulate and execute strategic paid search plans that align with client goals and foster business growth.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to evolving market conditions and client requirements.
• Must reside in either the Mountain or Pacific time zones.
