This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of strategic accounts, responsible for driving revenue growth, customer retention, and overall satisfaction.
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, including procurement, operations, engineering, and leadership.
• Create and implement account plans that pinpoint opportunities for increasing share of wallet and strengthening customer engagement.
• Foster organic growth within current accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and the introduction of innovative solutions.
• Conduct regular customer meetings, such as quarterly business reviews, to convey value, performance metrics, and future opportunities.
• Act as the primary contact and trusted advisor for designated customers.
• Proactively seek opportunities to enhance customer performance, efficiency, and sustainability outcomes.
• Ensure a prompt response to customer needs, issues, and escalations.
• Provide consultative support by suggesting adhesive solutions tailored to customer applications and processes.
• Collaborate closely with Technical Service and R&D teams to maximize product performance and address technical challenges.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, and Product Management teams to ensure a cohesive customer experience.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field is required (an advanced degree is preferred).
• 8–15 years of experience in B2B sales or account management.
• A proven history of managing and expanding existing customer accounts.
• Strong skills in relationship management and stakeholder engagement across various organizational levels.
• Technical proficiency with the capability to convert customer needs into actionable solutions.
• Familiarity with packaging processes and adhesive applications (such as hot melt and end-of-line systems) is highly advantageous.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities.
• Proficient in using CRM tools (Salesforce or a comparable platform).
