This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio, +4 more states.
β’ Visit four potential new agents or current agents each day.
β’ Work a total of three days per week.
β’ Maintain ongoing awareness of connections, sales, and terms, while keeping accurate records in Salesforce.
β’ Follow up and nurture existing relationships, in addition to building new ones.
β’ Identify opportunities for cross-selling other insurance lines.
β’ A P&C license is not mandatory, but is highly preferred.
β’ Experience in retail or wholesale settings.
β’ Attention to detail with outstanding written, verbal, and presentation abilities.
β’ Ability to demonstrate teamwork and support multiple individuals effectively.
β’ Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
β’ Effective communication skills.
β’ Ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit excellent time management skills.
β’ Willingness and capability to travel (travel requirements will decrease over time as relationships are established and acclimatization occurs).
