This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado, +1 more state.
• Propel revenue expansion within the designated region.
• Implement sales strategies and secure new business opportunities.
• Develop and sustain robust relationships with key clientele.
• Examine market trends to uncover new business prospects.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth onboarding and support.
• Offer strategic insights to upper management.
• Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
• A minimum of 3 years of technical sales experience within the hospitality sector.
• Familiarity with HVAC, security and access control systems, and room automation including lighting controls.
• Proven track record in selling software, hardware, and associated services.
• Experience with Energy Management Systems.
• A strong entrepreneurial mindset and capability.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Established relationships within the hospitality industry.
• Strong technical competencies paired with excellent business insight.
• Outstanding collaboration and communication abilities.
• Capacity to take initiative and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Skill in influencing across a wider organizational landscape.
• Experience with Salesforce.
• Proven ability to generate a business pipeline to enhance revenue, performance, and profitability.
