This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establishes, develops, and nurtures strong client business relationships, starting with a positive onboarding experience and continuing throughout the client’s lifecycle.
• Ensures that designated clients receive the appropriate levels of service and operational support by understanding and advocating for their operating needs across the organization.
• Proactively sustains and enhances service performance standards while collaborating with various teams to promptly address any issues.
• Leads core client team members and extended team members in efficiently fulfilling client requirements and delivering exceptional service.
• Complies with stringent procedural and quality standards, which include meticulous documentation, testing protocols, claims analysis, and a comprehensive understanding of client technical and service specifications.
• Applies project management expertise to monitor milestones and deliverables, while providing regular status updates to internal and external leadership.
• Effectively instructs clients on MedImpact systems and processes to ensure complete orientation to MedImpact.
• Undertakes special projects as assigned, which may involve leading workgroups, overseeing project development of new system functionalities, mentoring and training staff, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two (2) years of account management or relevant client/customer service experience in a healthcare setting (health insurer, managed care, third-party administrator, PBM, or pharmacy).
• A minimum of one (1) year of proven experience in Project Management or Project Coordination utilizing best practices for project methodology.
• Two (2) years of internal MedImpact experience may fulfill this requirement.
• Familiarity with healthcare-related state and government regulations such as Medicaid and CMS is essential.
• Level II: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution. A minimum of four (4) years of account management or related client service experience, and at least four (4) years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination following best practices for project methodology.
• Level III: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year institution. A minimum of six (6) years of account management or related client service experience, and at least six (6) years of experience in Project Management or Project Coordination using best practices for project methodology.
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Outlook.
• Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Visio is preferred.
• Pharmacy Technician license or national certification is desired.
• Successful completion of MedImpact Internal Certifications is required within one (1) year of active employment in the role (i.e., MedAccess Certification, Cognos, and Med Coaching Certification).
