This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Cultivate and manage strategic relationships with key stakeholders in QSR, including teams from innovation, culinary, marketing, and procurement.
• Develop and oversee a strong pipeline of limited-time offer (LTO) opportunities aimed at transitioning into permanent menu items.
• Position Ferrara brands as integral ingredients within QSR platforms (such as beverages, desserts, bakery, and inclusions) rather than merely standalone offerings.
• Collaborate across functions to advance concepts from ideation through commercialization to national rollout.
• Lead innovation sessions with customers, presenting innovative, insight-driven concepts that align with QSR menu trends and operational practicality.
• Transform consumer insights and market trends into attractive, revenue-generating menu solutions.
• Formulate and implement joint business plans that achieve growth objectives for both Ferrara and its customers.
• Identify and unlock scalable platforms (like frozen beverages, bakery, and LTO collections) that promote consistent growth across multiple QSR partners.
• Prepare and deliver executive-level presentations that clearly define the business case, potential gains, and strategies for scaling.
• Anticipate risks and devise contingency plans to ensure successful execution and ongoing growth.
• Maintain alignment with internal processes, commercialization schedules, and financial goals.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is mandatory.
• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally within Foodservice or QSR channels.
• Experience working with or selling to QSRs, restaurant chains, or foodservice operators is highly preferred.
• Proven success in developing and executing LTO programs or innovation-focused initiatives.
• Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration involving R&D, marketing, and commercialization teams.
• Strong financial acumen, capable of building and presenting compelling business cases.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel as necessary to facilitate customer engagement and business expansion.
