This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales objectives regarding overall territory revenue, number of purchasing accounts, and specific brands/innovations/initiatives revenue.
• Identify, target, and convert key prospective salons and spas into loyal customers.
• Develop a robust and profitable business relationship with salons through strategic and tactical approaches.
• Provide accurate reporting and forecasting of business metrics, including monthly sales, promotions, and initiatives.
• Collaborate effectively with the direct manager and cross-functional internal teams to plan and execute strategic initiatives with excellence.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 3 years of relevant business experience in the professional Salon Industry Sales, Category Management, or Retail Management, or an MBA with 1 year of experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in digital tools and technologies.
• Skilled in using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; familiarity with PowerBI is preferred.
• Possession of a valid Driver’s License.
• Willingness to spend 70% of time in the field, which includes driving to salon/customer meetings.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time for overnight trips.
• Capacity to travel by air for training and sales meetings at least 1-2 times per year.
