Account Manager, Direct Mail

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +19 more states.

📋 Description

• Overseeing teams to collaborate with clients in developing engaging and targeted direct mail marketing strategies that enhance grassroots fundraising efforts;

• Guiding the creation, execution, and production phases of innovative direct mail fundraising initiatives;

• Leading cross-functional teams to synchronize direct mail campaigns with additional fundraising channels such as email, SMS, and others;

• Developing and managing action-oriented reports to facilitate strategic decision-making;

• Fostering the professional development of colleagues through training and purposeful mentorship;

• Ensuring client satisfaction by managing relationships and delivering outstanding customer service;

• Collaborating within a team to offer clients strategic planning for direct mail marketing, including revenue forecasting and budgeting to guarantee account success;

• Assisting client teams in managing resources and timelines for projects;

• Supporting business development initiatives and engaging in new business presentations.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in-house with campaigns, nonprofits, or agencies focused on direct mail communications, fundraising, and marketing for nonprofit or political organizations;

• Proven experience leading cross-functional teams to implement strategic direct marketing principles and being responsible for the overall success of a program or a significant component of a large program;

• Experience in client management;

• Capability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;

• Exceptional verbal, analytical, written, and presentation skills;

• A strong passion for improving our world.
