This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.
• Take ownership of a revenue and adoption target across a range of agency accounts.
• Propel growth through upselling, cross-selling, and enhanced platform usage.
• Identify opportunities for growth within current agency partnerships.
• Facilitate the conversion of agency engagement into sustainable commercial success.
• Serve as the main point of contact for designated agency partners.
• Assist with the onboarding process and promote the adoption of the SaaS platform among agency accounts.
• Ensure that agencies comprehend and effectively utilize platform insights and recommendations.
• Foster activation, engagement, and long-term retention within your portfolio.
• Offer strategic advice across Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Programmatic settings.
• Convert platform data and insights into actionable recommendations for agencies.
• Stay updated on trends in paid media, including automation, AI bidding, and audience targeting.
• Maintain relationships with a diverse portfolio of agency partners, varying in size and maturity.
• Collaborate on initiatives with platform partners like Microsoft Advertising and TikTok.
• Work together on co-selling opportunities, incentives, and partner growth programs.
• Oversee account activities, forecasting, and performance tracking within CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot).
• A minimum of 2 years in account management, customer success, sales, or growth positions.
• At least 1 year of experience with paid media platforms such as Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, Meta, LinkedIn, or Programmatic.
• Solid grasp of digital advertising metrics, KPIs, and concepts related to campaign performance.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and fostering account growth or retention.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging both operational teams and senior stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts in a dynamic, portfolio-driven environment.
• Preferred experience in SaaS, ad-tech, or platform-oriented businesses.
• Familiarity with agency settings or channel/partner sales frameworks.
• Exposure to B2B demand generation or Account-Based Marketing (ABM) concepts.
• Understanding of SaaS metrics such as Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR), churn, Lifetime Value (LTV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft Ads, Google Ads, or Meta.
• Fully remote position available from anywhere in LATAM.
