This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Maryland, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Identify sales prospects and take advantage of them.

• Establish, nurture, and sustain business and client relationships.

• Strategically develop POC Sales opportunities.

• Execute sales, marketing, and national account initiatives as instructed by management.

• Cultivate and retain a robust knowledge of competitive products.

• Contribute to regional growth by aligning with the objectives and goals of Account Representatives.

• Aid in the management of intricate sales by offering technical expertise.

• Achieve set sales targets and objectives while adhering to the territory budget.

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the sales performance of distributor sales teams within the designated territory.

• Train and develop these sales teams to ensure effective representation of Abbott’s products in the market.

• Support distribution partners in product sales, which includes training, sales meetings, technical guidance, and marketing support for Abbott product lines and private branded products.

• Serve as a resource for contract negotiations, pricing strategies, proposal preparations, and all customer follow-ups.

• Identify customer challenges and address sales-related issues.


⛳️ Requirements

• BA/BS degree in sales, marketing, business management, or life sciences.

• Over 4 years of experience in medical diagnostics or business-to-business sales.

• Understanding and experience in collaboration with Distribution Partners.

• Strong grasp of sales techniques and methodologies.

• Proven ability to implement sales strategies effectively.

• Demonstrated success in POC/Capital Equipment sales.
