This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Serve as a specialist in how Bloomerang’s fundraising, donor, and volunteer management solutions empower nonprofits to fulfill their missions.
• Address inbound inquiries and reconnect with previous prospects from the Bloomerang customer base, ensuring prompt follow-up and maximizing conversion rates.
• Evaluate and categorize inbound leads through phone, email, and live chat, qualifying upsell opportunities and arranging meetings for Account Managers.
• Develop and maintain a 90-day rolling pipeline of high-quality potential meetings from leads, employing creative and strategic outreach to nurture relationships and convert them into qualified meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, offering insights on lead quality and assisting in refining messaging to enhance conversion rates.
• Consistently achieve (and ideally surpass) business development KPIs, such as response time, lead-to-meeting conversion rate, and pipeline influence rate.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of sales data and lead tracking using Salesforce, Qualified Chat, Chilipiper, and Outreach, documenting all interactions and progress to facilitate a smooth handoff.
• A minimum of 1 year of sales experience (SDR, BDR, or sales internship preferred) or relevant business experience with a keen interest in SaaS sales.
• A genuine passion for assisting nonprofits and a strong desire to comprehend their challenges.
• A proactive mindset with the capacity to adapt and motivate oneself daily without relying on warm leads.
• Resilience and tenacity—ability to navigate rejection and utilize it as a learning opportunity.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities—both written and verbal—to engage with senior leaders and address objections confidently.
• A curious and receptive attitude with a commitment to continuous improvement and the ability to ask insightful questions to grasp nonprofit needs and challenges.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach, and Chilipiper is advantageous.
• Capability to actively explore, learn, and responsibly incorporate AI tools into daily tasks to enhance efficiency and support Bloomerang's mission.
